Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for orders due to incorrect selections such as size, design, color, quantity, or shipping address. All customers are prompted to review and confirm their order details before checkout.

However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it and submit a new order with your updated preferences.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Restocking Fee: No fee applies.
Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, design, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the item delivered falls under one of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item has visible print defects

  • You received the wrong size, color, design, or style (e.g., long sleeve instead of short sleeve)

Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

  2. Do not send items back before submitting your request, or they may be considered forfeited.

  3. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Request Exchange or Refund”.
    In your message, please include:

    • A description of the issue

    • Your order ID

  4. Once approved, you may return the item to our processing center:

  5. You can choose to either:

    • Receive a replacement of the original item

    • Receive a full refund to your original payment method

Inquiries are typically responded to within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the delivered product falls under the same qualifying conditions listed in the Return Policy above.

If you notice an issue and qualify for a refund, you can also submit a refund request within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline:
